- Accounts and finance vacancies are advertised on our own website and also on other relevant websites to maximise exposure for our clients.
- All CVs are issued on a standardised format to enable you to quickly and easily identify the key areas of interest.
- All candidates are properly evaluated prior to their details being forwarded to accountancy / accounts vacancies. We do not believe in high volume of applications but in the quality and accuracy of the need matching process.
- We will make all interview arrangements on your behalf and confirm with both parties both verbally and in writing
- All candidates are thoroughly prepared for interviews and will receive a copy of their CV, profile on your company and where appropriate, a formal job description for the vacancy.
- We will benchmark salary levels to ensure that offers of employment are both realistic and acceptable.
- We will make offers to candidates on your behalf; under no circumstances is an offer to be made directly to any candidate.
- We only give preferential rates to clients to whom we are preferred suppliers or that contractually commit to future business.
